Simple Pricing Structure With No Hidden Fees

Our monthly flat rate pricing makes your plan choice easy to understand. There are NO hidden fees! The Starter & Advanced Plan fees are NOT based on a percentage of your monthly rental rate. The Premium Plan is a flat monthly fee, but varies based on your monthly rent.

We offer a lease-only service in addition to our 3 tiers of property management. The more premium the package, the less expensive the leasing fee. The details for these Fees and Services are shown below.

RPM Investor’s Choice Leasing & Marketing Solution

If you need help finding a tenant but aren’t ready to take advantage of our professional management service, the RPM Investor’s Choice Leasing & Marketing Solution is for you.  We will advertise, show your property, and thoroughly screen applicants to fill your rental property with a quality tenant. Leasing price is based on the Monthly Rent.

Enhanced Services  (Included in Advanced & Premium Packages)

Our competitive pricing also offers you the benefit of 25 years of experience from the nation’s leading residential property management company. We offer the below services with flexibility according to your needs.

Semi-Annual Property Evaluations – $150 value per year.

Our maintenance staff will evaluate your property every quarter using a comprehensive 175-point checklist. Maintenance staff will complete the checklist & upload photos immediately, viewable in your tenant portal.

Included in the Advanced & Premium plan or can be purchased separately.

Lawn Service for Vacant Property – $200 value per year.

If your property is vacant between tenants, we will provide lawn service to ensure your property is neatly trimmed for maximum curb appeal to potential renters.

Included in the Premium Plan or can be purchased separately.

Full House Cleaning Prior to Move-In – $250 value.

Placing Tenants quickly is dependent on having a clean home to rent. All of our house cleaning professionals are experienced, efficient, detailed, & responsive to all your cleaning needs.  Includes a full detailed house cleaning service prior to a new tenant move-in.

Included in the Premium Plan or can be purchased separately.

Bi-Annual HVAC Inspections – $150 value per year.

Qualified HVAC technicians will inspect your property in the Spring & Fall to perform preventative maintenance for your HVAC unit. This reduces the likelihood of significant repairs during the peak seasons.

Plan covers 1 HVAC unit. $65 per visit per additional unit.

Can be purchased separately.

We stand behind our maintenance! If one of our vendors works on your home, you have a 6-month quality promise. If there is a warranty issue based on our workmanship with a service that we performed, the labor for the repair will be completed at no charge to you.

Rented in 45 Days Promise

We’re a dedicated partner in your corner and we understand how important a quick turnaround time is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 44 days or less, you receive the first month of management fee-free. With our marketing plan and world-class client management system, we’re confident we can lease your property quickly and get the rent coming in.
